You didn't provide much Evidence do you ? IC , I already got a Gun pass Provided by the President,But Did you see i really use it to shoot? Now OOC I do belived in some State , Citizen are allowed to carry weapons

As a normal citizen you would not carry around a weapon, let alone carry around a weapon in a public area.
