Abuse of Power or Rule Infringement: : I don't know what to call this....
Evidence and Explanation: : I did a UBR , stating i want to get unbanned because im not daing. And he told me to contact him when im ready. First 3 days i wasn't responding as i was busy. On the fifth or 6 day i contacted him. And this is what he said.
