Summary: This person had been demoted multiple times in the past and has been banned from using the prop gun prior to the event. I had stepped out of my vehicle and got injured at 95 health. I waited at right at about 30 health the paramedic showed up. 3 second before he got up to me the player had been stepping on me for 5-10 second trying to kill me. When confronted he lied and said "another player had been doing so" this was incorrect and based on how many rules he had broken throughout the small 1-2 hour time frame, he knew exactly what he was doing and does not belong on this server.
Evidence: Person in question preforming the act as well as denile.
