Summary: Artwavera was propclimbing to get on top of Midas garage. Later IMO abuses the move body tool on an unconcious/dead fellow mechanic.
Septo threatened to rape me IC (i know RapeRP is against rules, not sure on this), Later attempts to mug me in public for $500 and then beats me with a baton. Attempts to call FearRP even though public mugging is against rules. Also randomly knocks out a mechanic with baton. (All of this is shown in the video evidence below)

Repeatedly threatennig to rape player and saying "im raping you".
He will also be warned for randomly knocking out a player.

Considering his low hours and his intent was not to harm
other players, he will recieve a verbal warning.
