I was also a witness to this, I was also killed by ReddyyTheAlpha while I had his teammate under fearrp 5 seconds after this occured.

Concluding notes
First of all I will not be accounting for the witness statement provided above by Sam Hyde, this conclusion is simply from the video.
FearRP was broken and as an officer this should have been approached in a much more appropriate way. The reported user will receive a 2h blacklist from weapons and police officer.
