Do you have a longer version of the video to show a point where you initiated a situation like FearRP, although you have a gun pointed at DYLAN there's no actual roleplay situation context for me to base it on.

Although it does seem like he may have disconnected to avoid an RP situation, there is no definite evidence that he was in a forced RP situation, for example FearRP. Insufficient evidence and you have not provided anything further evidence to support the claim.
