Summary: was insulting me by words multiply times, took my carfrom me even though the sru who I drove over was ok with it and also admitted it was his own fault going over the street when it was red, saying I was driving to fast without showing me any proof, I was laging cause of server de-lays but still I was not going fast.

Although he said he was "impounding it" he should of tried to get a warrant first.
