If I have donator for another 30 days and I decide to buy donator again when the 30 days are still left, will it stack up or will the other 30 days be gone?

It will stack up.

You can buy as many donator packs as you want, it just adds onto any existing days you have ect. When you join the game and it says "30 days remaining" buying another donator pack will just make it "120 days remaining" for example.
