Concluding notes
Reported user has been found guilty of both FailRP & RDM. The reported user has previously had 3 weapons blacklists for RDM and has had a previous ban for RDM & Randomly raiding as a BMD. The past punishments show me this user has not learnt his lesson and is still abusing certain jobs, not read the rules and killing people with no valid reason. Reported user will receive a 4 hour blacklist from weapons and a 1 day ban (subject to be increased).
