Concluding notes
Reported user has been found guilty of stepping on an injured body. I can see at the beginning he punches the other body but it's not clear enough if this was intentional or not, so it will not be included in the ban. Nonetheless this user is now on his 11th ban within 460 hours, I will discuss a potential increase with the rest of the team.
Reported user will receive a 1 day ban (subject to increase) for purposely stepping on injured bodies.
