(This was an evidence of a report against Eddie, Luamei and one guy, but I still use the same picture because in the background as you can see there is a flying chair .)

Seems like a minor offense to me, the chair could've been there from when someone was stuck or anything alike.
User will be given the benefit of the doubt.
