Title of Bug: In-game time blur issue
Description: When the F1 menu is opened all of the HUD, top-bar, etc is all blurred out. The only part that is not is the in-game time module, and it really annoys my OCD.

Surely this is a happy accident.
It means you can still tell the time when in the menu.
