You been asked under FearRP to stop talking instead you kept doing the opposite thing so I deployed the taser on you. I have warned you not to scream or talk while I was trying to listen to the orders on the radio.
Edit: In matter fact the only thing this video proves is that you were breaking FearRP

I'd advise against uploading evidence of yourself breaking rules.
You were told multiple times to stop while both handcuffed and having a taser pointed at you. Thus, you are at fault here. Consider this a warning.
The taser was used appropriately.
