I just recently got wireless headset how do I set it up correctly to work in Gmod.

Yeah, the headphones side of things are fine. Just can't get the mic to work in GMOD. Not sure if I have set it up correctly.

You might need to download drivers / software etc, can you tell us the model so we can help more in-depth?

Go onto your setting in steam and see if the right mic is set

Don't buy Turtle Beach. It's shit. If you want a quality headset, that isn't wireless buy HyperX Cloud 2.
You can even use it with your iPhone, and you have a button that can turn on 7.1 "some kind of gaming button" for better sound and whatnot. Insane and simple headset.
