**INVOLVED**
I was the SRU at the time and tazed the gentleman. Before anyone jumps to conclusions, I tazed him because I saw before he wasn't having any issues running from a gun so I had to prevent this. The video clearly shows his disconnecting to avoid arrest and he continues to do it.
