Summary: ICU and peetee took vice as a hostage, then decided to rob him, in the clothes store, ICU started shooting at officers and was kiled(later breaking NLR). peetee was caught and broke fearRP, i think i dont know if he was ever told to do anything by the officer before i started recording then.

The evidence provides clear proof of both ICU and peetee8675309 publicly hostaging the VP as a BMD and Gun Dealer and will be punished accordingly.
There's however no proof of breaking FearRP as no commands were issued during the recording, and no proof for NLR breakage was provided either.
