Summary: So basically he was propblocking the balcony and I heard him loading up and I saw his contra, so I decided to raid him and saw that he was doomforting and abusing oneway props, also having unmolotovable props and dcing to avoid the rp situation.
And you can hear in the video that when I shot I shot against metal and they shot against glass.

You are allowed to block off entrances to your property, as long as a single entrance remains, and molotovs sadly still have a chance to fail.
After some digging through the logs I also cannot find clear evidence of the User D/C'ing to avoid the RP situation, as there was a 2 minute interval between the last shot hit by him on you and him D/C'ing, so I will give him the benefit of the doubt for this.
Evidence does however clearly shows the User abusing one-way props for a direct agressive advantage and not providing cover for keypad crackers and will be punished accordingly.
