Summary: The accused was mic-spamming which I warned him not to do before I started recording, but he continued. After this he decided to randomly tie up a SRU and Beat him to death (Only seen for the first few seconds due to getting the software up). After this he continued to run and mic spam around the city even after being cuffed and tazed. After arrested he was also instructed to follow in which he did not do.
