Title of Bug: Yelling While Injured
Description: When I am injured I just realised I can still yell, I find this as a bug as you cannot speak while injured or this message pops up "You cannot talk in this state!" but I can still yell I have no idea if anyone can see it but it is weird if I cannot talk while injured but I can yell it's not really a serious bug as it is not game breaking (I think) but it would be nice to see if it gets fixed.
