Player has been banned by Yonno after breaking FearRP and D/C to avoid arrest by me.
He can still be punished for CDM.

Hello,
Situation has been dealt with in-game and user already has been banned as Brikaas said.
As for the CDM part, it's hard to say whether it was intentional or not since you walked in front of his vehicle.
In my eyes he tried to avoid you, therefore I will not punish him for this. FearRP does not apply in this case either, as he was in a fast moving vehicle.
