I downloaded the map from this website

Delete it and download it again

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps and delete the map you have in there and then re-subscribe to it.

If above solutions don't work, download the map from my website, this is the map that was uploaded when changing the map.
Click here to download
Replace the map in the map folder with the one above and see if it works.
