If what you are saying is true, then you are responsible for your own account at the end of the day. You should have not given your brother access.

Please do not lie about how long ago your ban was. Your ban was issued on the 26th of October 2016. It has not been a year, rather it has been 7 months. As Awestruck said, we are waiting for Raccoon. Your patience is appreciated.
