Hello.
Flame shot at him with a shotgun at quite a close range and then shot a second time and missed, Flame tried to kill him straight away instead of chasing him.
Flame will be facing punishment for killing someone without engaging in pursuit first and I will also warn you not to shoot at someone before engaging in pursuit. You know better.
