Gaming headset? - Noobias - 12-18-2011

I recently came into $200 and figured I should treat myself. I have decided first and foremost that I need a new headset, and a good, expensive, top of the line one. Not this shitty $15 desk mic.

I was thinking Razer, only because im most familiar with them and everyone loves them, right? What do you guys think?

I think a fair price range is $70-$80 max. It needs to fit into my computer. (Whether its USB, or the Pink and Green 3mm ports). Please give me any suggestions.

I want a high quality mic, with over ear - earphones. It shouldn't be made of twine and a tin can. I want it to be comfortable, sound AWESOME (noise cancelling would be nice) and the mic needs to be crisp.

Please flood me with suggestions.

Headset Purchased!
After some thought, and browsing for quite a while, I went with the Steelseries Siberia V2 due to excellent reviews, an impressing "pull out mic" and the amazing black with gold accent color - Final cost: $88.40 USD.

Here is a picture of the headset I bought.
As I said, the mic is not shown because it retracts into the left ear cup.

And mines sexier.
To be honest, if I couldn't get the gold trim, I was considering another model.
But I got it and it should be here tomorrow ^_^
