EDIT: I had a problem back in 2013 when I donated and i did not receive it on forums due to not being linked.
I fixed it by pm'ing Soul and waiting patiently.

Welcome to the forums, I guess you have been ingame but not on the forums?
Send a private message to SoulRipper, he will fix it for you. If he doesn't see it make a thread in the help & support section. Usually all you have to say is that you donated and want the status on the forums too.
