I could say this about the smiley icon but it was changed to the ruby icon anyway. Let's change it back, besides it looks like the donator icon.

Neutral.
If the smiley face icon comes back they might aswell just bring the moderator rank back. However I do agree that the ruby icon is quite ugly maybe changing it to something more distinguishable.
