Why: Because its really hard to tell the difference between a trial admin and a normal donator and the ruby looks pretty ugly but the smiley looks nice

Neutral, Change is a change, if the ruby was it first icon selected people wouldn't complain. I also like that TAs are a little more discrete on the scoreboard.
