Summary: We stopped him after a chase and when he got out he started punching me, plus he has been mic spamming that stuff in his mic all day long and everyone in the video is a witness of his spamming (without a radio prop nor was inside a car) on the server

After reviewing the evidence, I cannot see any rule breakage. He punched you in an attempts to get away and followed fearRP throughout the video from what I can see.
