Are you allowed to stand on ragdoll bodies if you had a valid reason to kill?
Yeah, you could just shoot the body if you had a reason but are you allowed to stand/jump on them?
For example Corleons are raiding you and you tranquilliser one. Are you allowed to jump on his ragdoll body instead of shooting him?
I have asked this question before. Sometimes I get yes you can and others say no you can't!

I would say no.

This probably applies to every type of ragdoll mode. Though you are allowed to shoot tranqued bodies.

You CANNOT jump or walk on anybody while ragdolled, you are- however allowed to shoot them if you have a completely valid reason.
as Panda said, the rule says it all.
