Summary: A citizen walked into Nexus, as the Secretary I told him he must leave, as Nexus was being raided. Risky then proceeded to not say a word to the citizen, tazed him and put him in handcuffs. He then proceeded to arrest him for not following orders.

If there was an issue with the arresting officer, you would have to take it up with the President or Police Sergeant to have him demoted.
