Summary: This guy went around prop killing everyone. He also ruined a number of people rp and damaged there cars (attempting to kill them). He also RDM'ed a lot of people and broke nlr a number of times as well.
Evidence: This evidence basically proves that he was attempting to kill me buy using a prop. The guy at the end who killed the prop pusher wasn't aware that you can kill or arrest someone for breaking the rules (backstreet admin). Its up to you if hes deserves to be punished.
