Good idea in theory but I don't realistically seeing it being implemented, nor do I seeing it being possible, well it is possible but would take a bit of time.
You could just RP it out ?

Well, in theory, it would be possible but it would, as you said, take a lot of work to implement.
We do not have anything that stores the owner of a specific door that can be called in the database, making this suggestion happen would require us to code a whole new door system.
I do not see this feature as something I'd like to work on at this point in time, but perhaps it would be a good idea in the near future.
