There is infact another gate, so unless you have evidence of him blocking both enterances, then please provide it.

Speaking on behalf of Plebrex as I was there with him and he's my friend.
He originally was going to place the cars around the fence as a 'junkyard' look. but just piled them next to the gate.
If you go to the other side of the fence, we owned that door and it was free to move cars in and out also.
