Summary: We were raiding his estate, he was tazed and I attempted cuffed him, he pulled a knife and ran so I chased and I told him to "Get down!" and to stop once at the start, then at the end. You can't hear my mic as I only recorded the stereo, but they broke FearRP.

If we cannot hear you or see the text chat, there is nothing we can do.
I simply do not know if your microhpone maybe didn't work at that time or if it only was the recording software that didn't catch your voice.
By not having that confirmed I can not issue a punishment for someone else.
