Title of Bug: Forum messages.
Description: Basically, after i resigned i went to sent a private message to someone when i realized i had an error. Here is what it says:

I've deleted literally every single message there and i still have the message. This means i am unable to send private messages, nor receive them.

I'm pretty sure this has happened to other admins that have been demoted/resigned.
