Summary: I was having a joke with him in his doughnut shop, not harming him in anyway. He then locks the doors to the small general shop and proceeded to kill me as a chef with a baseball bat. This was uncalled for as I never injured him in anyway at all.

This was justified completely:
We had previously fought and harmed each other because you were loitering in my shop after plenty of warnings, throwing props at me and insulting me.
Jonas later had to ban you for constantly minging, trying to get a reaction out of me because you were constantly rule breaking in my shop. I attacked you for annoying me, earlier harming me. disrespecting me and throwing food at me.
You were interrupting a Passive RP for about a solid hour.

The user has already received a blacklist for doing this to another guy in a different PR I have approved.
As such, I do not see the need to blacklist him again, as he will surely learn from his mistakes.
