Summary: Firstly failRP, creating a human pole in the middle of nexus st and slight player disrespect; however this is minor and i wouldn't expect much of a punishment if all. However Sparx6321 on multiple counts randomly shot and shot with and invalid reason to shot. He can be seen at one point spinning around on main st shooting.
