what's up with the teachers suddenly helping people in h&s using 'fearless support' tag. And that when are closing the support threads in h&s.
never seen anything like this before. Have they got some kind of me powers?

Lately they got access to close/move the help and support threads (as far as I know).
That's probably what you are talking about.

This is what has happened.

Is so we're able to assist the admins with the help and support section so we can close and move them after answering a question.
