Back your statements up. You were. Also shouldn't shoot when someone is tied up and 3 guys pointing guns at him.

I believe we were told there was a hostage, logs will prove. (Although I'm not really sure, could have been another situation). Also, are you really going to shoot at people when a SRU is trying to approach them with his gun down?

It's quite clear that they had a hostage, however what's not clear is who shot the first shot.
I'll look in damage logs when I get to my PC to see if it was, in fact, Blade.

yes it was me that shot but naisu did not have his gun at the hostage
