We were raiding against the Dictator, although it was kinda an unfair raid ( Like 2 vs 10! ) so I assume that is why RobotDuck surrendered - which is fair. Although the RDM that can be witnessed was apparently because black people have no rights.( at the time there was a law saying 'Blacks have no rights' ). That is what I believe he said, and why he was killed - RDM'd - RobotDuck.

Can approve what Dobby said. The dictator clearly stated that "Black people have no rights" and more particularly, "Any black person will be shot at sight". I can't provide an evidence for this, you decide what to do.
