Summary: There was a lockdown,and I spotted Heroeis walking outside during the lockdown,I proceeded to arrest him.The arrest bug where the prisoner isn't teleported happened,and I told him to follow me.He started to harrass me in OOC,and this increased after I tazed him to get him to follow me.He called me a noob,told me he contacted staff about it,and metagamed by saying that I'm going to get banned in IC chat.He later said that metagaming is not a real rule,called me a newbie and ran away from me while I was telling him to follow me(I had my baton in my hands)He also called me a bitch.

Also,I just found myself dead when I re-opened the game tab.I'm pretty sure Heroeis did this,as he was stalking me when I last closed the tab to make the report.
