Hello,
Please can you show me where abouts it says in the rules that you can break NLR if you're RDM'd? You need to request permission from an administrator online. If you did, please tell me which admin allowed you to do so.
Secondly, you broke FearRP by walking away while under gunpoint and were given clear instructions to stand still, you ignored this and continued to move back. Regardless if he were randomly tazing you, you must obey FearRP.
