Summary: At the time i was the SRU and caught matt stealing a knife of the floor from someone who died as a black market dealer due to drug overdose i believe it was. I went to tell him what he had done wrong but instead he tried running away from me. He ended up in the Bank Of America and i then was able to confront him about the issue he made. He then got his pistol out and went to kill me with it. Sadly i didn't get any screenshots of him stealing the knife but did get some on when he tried shooting me.
