You are requesting quite a lot for a 40 prop dupe.
Please do not expect things to be super detailed, as that is simply not possible with 40 props. Especially if you wish all those things included.

Can I have 1 single empty room in it too with no windows or anything that's locked via fading door ?

Also, can most of the doors have hydraulics to be sliding doors, that'd be nice
Oh and no kitchen and bathroom, I know how many props that's steal
