Hello Scrunchamuncha,
In the guidelines, it's explained that you should not create an admin abuse on the ground of a punishment a staff member have issued you.
If you feel like you have been blacklisted unfairly you can make an unblacklist request here: http://www.fearlessrp.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=16
Unless you can provide evidence that Brikaas abused his powers, this admin abuse case will be closed in 24 hours.
