I got 1000+ hours and i only can place 30 props. When you reach 200+ hours you normally get 40 props.

Are you using the stacker tool?

100% you are using the stacker tool, just dont use it, spawn the prop you want to stack and use precision tool

Yep its the Stacker Prop.
Stacker tool is bugged because it got "upgraded" to a better version and the Options are not yet set.
*correct me if im wrong, because that's what I've heared*

The stacker tool is indeed bugged.. If you spawn other props, you will see that your prop limit has not been reached.
