So my friend that "that just joined " "found" this bug i dont know if its new but he has downloaded everything that you need and is still seeing it

Just go on your graphic settings of gmod and put them on high

Options > Video > Advanced > Set "model detail" to "high"
Basically what Greek said, but easier to understand.
