Summary: The gun dealer had got butt hurt that I was about to arrest him for supplying weapons to a civilian. First he failed to move at gunpoint then he started evading me. He shot me with an AK at the end for no reason thus committing RDM and FailRP as it does not suit his job.

Unfortunately I don't have evidence of him actually shooting me but I provided a very accurate time so I hope the logs will show everything.
