This is not a bug. When a player gets to 15 HP he will be knocked out if punched. This is how it worked when doing a WWE tournament, and you had to knock the other guy out by punching him.
This is an intentional feature.

Yeah. Buletholes appear on the ground aswell, when I was next to them when this happened.Weird..
