In my defence. I was in first person and didn't see xDeadShot until I stopped moving at which point I turned around to see he was pointing a gun. Furthermore unfortunately I was lagging a lot so I couldn't really hear him and certainly didn't hear him say "Stop moving". I understand these probably just sound like generic excuses but I'm just telling the truth and what happened from my viewpoint. I realise now that as he switched to cuffs I should have stopped moving but again I was in first person and didn't see him running after me with his gun pointed as I was facing forward. However since I did seemingly break FearRP, I understand and will not try and fight against any punishment given.
